Nobody should struggle alone. I am a clinical psychologist passionate about working with young people and families who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, trauma, and grief. While adopting a non-judgmental and empowering stance, I provide concrete tools to help clients improve their relationships, learn about themselves on a deeper level, explore their identity, and develop coping and mindfulness skills to better manage difficult situations or transitions. While helping clients to grow and change, I also support their development of self-compassion and self-acceptance.
